Best Western Pahrump Oasis

Great service, clean hotel. Served our needs well. Location accessible to death valley, red rock canyon and las vegas. Great value. Will definitely stay again.

We stayed for two nights and overall had a mixed experience. Upon arrival, we were disappointed to find out that the pool was under maintenance—something that wasn’t mentioned at the time of booking. It wouldn’t have changed our plans, but a heads-up would have been appreciated. The TV also gave us some trouble, occasionally not working or prompting us to log in. It would have been nice if everything had been set up ahead of time so we could enjoy the free channels without hassle. Before our second night, the bathroom light went out. We called the front desk, and while they said they’d check on getting someone to fix it and call us back, we never heard from them again. We understand it was a holiday weekend and repairs might not have been possible, but even a follow-up call would have made a difference. The real highlight of our stay was breakfast and the only reason it was 4 stars and not 3, thanks to Mikey. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Compared to staff at other hotels who often seem like they’re just there to get through their shift, Mikey stood out. He went above and beyond to make sure guests felt taken care of. His positive attitude and personal touch are the reasons I will stay at this Best Western again.

Just give shout out to Bob in breakfast room! Laugh is contagious and his service is top notch. Made sure we had everythjng we needed to start the day off right. Including the bacon!! Thanks Bob!! Seriously. Started out day off right. Overall very clean rooms.

The Best Western here was great. With one exception, it was hot and the pool was a lime colored water and you could not see the bottom of the pool, which caused me to return to the room and watch TV instead of taking a swim. And lay out in the sun

Just went to the restaurant for dinner but was so pleasantly taken with the authentic dishes and quality if the food. One of the best options in town for variety and atmosphere! Regularly advertises daily specials. I'll be back.

My experience was at the Steel Bound Brewery and Distillery which is connected to Best Western! The food is delicious, service is awesome, and the atmosphere is great! I have eaten there twice in less than a month. Servers are fantastic also!

Arrived very late in Pahrump due to a flight delay. I don't think I even got to the hotel until 1:30am and they held my room, nice. They did offer me breakfast starting at 5:30am but had an 8:00 appointment so I past. I'd stay there again. Thanks

Look no further for the perfect spot to spend the night and rest. PHOEBE AT THE FRONT DESK IS A ROCKSTAR!!!! I needed to make a same day reservation for my family who was travelling and Phoebe helped us and made it so easy. They loved their stay and it couldn't have been possible without the thorough care of Phoebe. This place is dog friendly and our pup was very happy to be out of the Nevada heat! Thank you so much!

Rooms were clean, AC worked well. Doors are excessively heavy and the door to our room closed dangerously fast, almost got me a couple of times. Accessible buttons to the main lobby! Exterior one is perfect, interior one was blocked by a plant. I asked them to move it yesterday and upon check out they had not so I moved it myself before leaving. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE IT BACK. The space in-front of the automatic door button must be clear in order for someone in a wheelchair to pull up and access it, otherwise it’s kind of pointless. Ramp with handles up to the main lobby as well. The pool, despite being newly renovated doesn't have a lift for disabled individuals. It also has a small 1-2 inch lip into the pool area. The breakfast area is mostly accessible. The counters are a bit too high but staff were very friendly and willing to help. There were a few bar level tables and a few regular height tables..
